We guarantee that our products are manufactured to technically superior standards according to stringent quality regulations. Should you, however, experience any system malfunctions with Stockert products, we will naturally be immediately at hand.

 

Stockert offers the following service features:

 

  • Repair or interim replacement services in the case of system failure and/or system malfunction of Stockert products resulting from technical errors attributable to manufacture (breakdown)
  • Help and support with software and/or hardware problems
  • Rectification of damages or vandalism
  • Fast response times: repaired products will typically be dispatched back to you within five working days after initial receipt.


Moreover, our repair and/or replacement services include both an updated calibration and technical safety test of our products. We are happy to provide you with a quote for repair of damaged Stockert products liable to costs on request.

*Repair and interim replacement services are only available for the following components of Stockert products: system boards, memory storage, storage medium, power supply, display, touch sensor.
