The history of Stockert:

 

2019

Stockert ranks 2nd in the list of the fastest-growing mid-size companies 2019, issued by the German business news magazine "Handelsblatt". Furthermore, Stockert again ranks among the TOP 50 most innovative German small to mid-size companies in the ranking of the business magazine "Wirtschaftswoche".

2018

Stockert GmbH again ranks among the TOP 50 most innovative German small to midsize companies! Among 3500 competitors that were analyzed by "Munich Strategy" consulting on behalf of the journal "Wirtschaftswoche", the jury highlighted the innovativeness and market position of Stockert.

2017

Stockert ranked 3rd in the competition „Deutschlands innovativste Mittelständer 2017“ (Germanys most-innovative small-to-midsize businesses 2017) issued by the German economic journal "Wirtschaftswoche". A key decision factor for the excellent rating was the RF-Ablation System "SmartAblate" for the minimally-invasive treatment of various types of cardiac arrythmia.

2016

The company revenue reaches a new record in terms of profit and ensures continuous revenue growth until 2020. Production of the "EP-Shuttle" RF generator (including the US-version "Stockert 70" and the Japan-version "Stockert J70") ends.

2015

The SmartAblate System receives global market approval. First tests for tubing sets are conducted to complement the Electrophysiology (EP) portfolio. The company sets itself up for long-term growth through the realization of a complimentary product portfolio.

2014

Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer fortschrittlichen Pumpe für gekühlte Herzkatheter-Ablationsverfahren

2012

Completion of the SmartAblate Generator, successor of the "EP-Shuttle", "Stockert 70" and "Stockert J70". The system is marketed by Biosense-Webster. Release for the European Market.

2011

The Stockert business group is sold to Metechon AG. Stockert is awarded with the innovation award of the city of Freiburg for the Stockert G4 RF-Ablation System, later marketed as "SmartAblate".

2008

Stockert gets certified with the environmental management certificate according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2005

2004

Development of the Stimuplex HNS12 Nerve Stimulator for peripheral regional anesthesia marketed globally by B.Braun.

2002

Stockert receives the certificate DIN EN  ISO 13485 "Medical devices -- Quality management systems -- Requirements for regulatory purposes", successor to the DIN EN 46001 norm.

1999

Stockert is awarded with the innovation award of the city of Freiburg for the RF-ablation system "EP-Shuttle".

1996

Stockert receives the certification for the European Quality Management Standards according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN 46001.

1989

The Stockert GmbH is founded. Development of the EP-Shuttle RF-generator for cardiology. Development of the Stimuplex HNS 11 nerve stimulator for Peripheral Regional Anesthesia.

1988

Stockert is awarded with the "Dr. Rudolf-Eberle-Preis" by the German federal state Baden-Würrtemberg for the development of the "NEURO N50" RF-generator for Neurosurgery and Pain Therapy, together with F.L. Fischer GmbH.

1985

Founding of the company "Stockert Elektronik Entwicklung" in Freiburg, Germany by Rüdiger Stockert. Development of the "NEURO N50" for Neurosurgery and Pain Therapy.
